Head Snapper Pinot Noir
Origin:
Monterey County
Winemaker's Comments:
Our Monterey County Pinot Noir is a graceful wine with hints of cola, cranberry and tart cherry. It’s supported by a clean mineral mid-palate and hints of spice and violet.
Winemaking Techniques:
California’s Monterey County is well known for creating fruit-forward Pinot Noir with balanced acidity. The wine was pressed and aged in French oak for 11 months, adding aromas of spice to its satisfying finish.
Pairings:
Enjoy with garlic roasted chicken, wood-fired veggie pizza or simply with a wedge of creamy brie.
Alcohol: 13.5% pH: 3.75

WARNING: MAY CAUSE WHIPLASH
When a wine is so memorable and it makes you do a double take, you know it’s a headsnapper.
